It is used in wheat and barley crops to control annual grassy weeds (narrow-leaved) after germination. (Canary Island grass - Wild oats - Wild sedge).

     Storage precautions:

     • It should be stored at a temperature below 30 degrees.
     • The pesticide should be stored in a well-ventilated area, away from sunlight and moisture, and away from food storage areas, animal feed, and farm animals.

     Safety precautions:

     • Avoid inhaling fumes or getting pesticide spray in your eyes, on your skin, or on your clothing.
     • Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking during the spraying process.
     • Work clothes must be worn (overalls, gloves, masks, protective glasses).
     • The entire body should be washed with soap and water after work.
     • Clothes should be washed and ironed separately before being used again.
     • Avoid exposing farm animals and honeybees to pesticide spray.

     first aid :

     • If symptoms of poisoning occur, such as increased sweating, headache, dizziness, and vomiting, work should be stopped immediately, clothes removed, the entire body, including the head, washed with soap and water, and a doctor called.
     • In case of ingestion, the patient should not be induced to vomit and a doctor should be called.
     • In case of skin contamination, the affected area should be thoroughly washed with soap and water.
     • In case of eye contamination, the eye should be washed thoroughly for 15 minutes.
     • In case of inhalation, the affected person should be moved to a place away from the pesticide spray.

     • الإختيارية:

       • عالي الإختيارية حيث تتحطم محتويات بولديست في القمح والشعير الى مركبات غير فعالة.

       الإنتقال وطريقة التأثير:

       • يمتص مبيد الحشائش بولديست 5% عن طريق الأوراق وينتقل عن طريق اللحاء جهازيا ً داخل الحشائش الحولية الرفيعة الأوراق إلى أماكن التأثير  وبالتالي يمنع تخليق الأحماض الدهنيه الهامة داخل الحشائش (تثبيط أنزيم أسيتيل كو انزيم-أيه- كربوكسيليز   (ACCase) المسؤول عن تكوين الأحماض الدهنيه) مما ينتج عن ذلك في بادئ الأمر وقف النمو الخضري للحشائش بعد رش المبيد خلال أيام ثم يتبع ذلك موتها.

       توقيت التطبيق:

       • بولديست 5% يستخدم على أعمار من 28-30يوم من الزراعة وهذا يتناسب مع طور الحشائش النجيلية الحولية من 2-4 أوراق. ويفضل وجود نسبة رطوبة أرضية مناسبة قبل المعاملة بالمبيد.
       • في حالة وجود حشائش الفلارس – الزمير – الصامة يمكن إجراء الرش عندما تكون الحشائش في طور
         2 ورقة إلى بداية التفريع الجانبي.
